My parcel arrived in an undamaged box yet the flowers inside was in such a poor state with petals fallen off and all bent I spent over £50 on these and have emailed the company twice now over the last week and nobody has had the decency to respond I get things go wrong but what I don’t like is poor customer service Won’t be using this company again
